These terms govern your booking and purchases with True You Boudoir, the boudoir brand of Zoom Photography Studio, Unit 7 Media Village, Liscombe Business Park, Leighton Buzzard LU7 0JL.
1. Contract & Booking
By booking a session, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. A contract is formed once your booking fee (deposit) is paid.
2. Payments
- We accept payment by card via our secure booking platform, and by bank transfer.
- All goods remain the property of True You Boudoir / Zoom Photography Studio until paid for in full. We reserve the right to withhold delivery of any items until the balance is cleared.
- Interest-free payment plans are available on larger artwork orders, by agreement in your design consultation.
3. Deposit & Cancellations
- A deposit is required to secure your appointment.
- Your deposit is refunded or credited at your design consultation, provided the appointment is attended.
- We require a minimum of 72 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.
- If you cancel with less than 72 hours' notice, the deposit will be retained to cover studio costs and lost revenue.
4. Production & Delivery
- Production begins once payment is received. Standard delivery is 1 to 6 weeks, and we will notify you of any delays caused by third-party suppliers.
- We deliver by Royal Mail or tracked courier. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
- If products are not delivered within 30 days (unless otherwise agreed), you have the right to cancel for a full refund.
5. Returns, Refunds & Bespoke Goods
- Because our products are custom-made to your specifications, the 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations does not apply. All sales are final. Orders cannot be cancelled or altered once placed. No refund will be given. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- If a product is faulty or incorrectly supplied, we will replace it free of charge. Please notify us within 14 days of receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
6. Copyright & Image Use
- True You Boudoir / Zoom Photography Studio retains the copyright to all images under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.
- Reproduction or scanning of images without written permission is strictly prohibited.
- We will only use your images for social media, advertising, or competitions if you have provided explicit written consent via our separate Model Release / Consent Form.
7. Data Protection & Privacy
We process your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We use your data to fulfil your order and manage your booking. We will only contact you with promotions if you have explicitly opted in. Our full Privacy Policy is available on this website.
8. Late Payments
Unpaid accounts may be subject to interest at a rate of 8% above the Bank of England base rate. Accounts remaining unpaid after 30 days may be referred to a debt collection agency, and you will be liable for all recovery costs.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
