What we collect

When you book a consultation through our site, your details are collected by our booking provider, GoHighLevel, and may include:

  • Your name, email address and phone number
  • The date and time of your consultation
  • Any information you choose to share in messages

How we use it

  • To arrange and confirm your consultation and session
  • To contact you about your booking and the services you've asked about
  • To send session preparation guidance and reminders

We never sell or rent your personal data.

Lawful basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent and the performance of our contract with you (arranging your booking). You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

Marketing: we will only contact you with promotions if you have explicitly opted in. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time.

Who we share with

  • GoHighLevel — our booking and CRM platform
  • Meta Platforms — our website uses the Meta Pixel for advertising measurement
  • Payment providers — where you choose to pay for artwork, your payment details are processed by the provider (for example, Stripe via our booking platform), never stored by us

Some of these providers may process your data on servers outside the UK, including in the United States. Where this happens, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Cookies

Our site uses cookies and similar technology for essential functionality and to measure the performance of our advertising. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

Your photographs

Your images are never shared online or with anyone else without your written permission.

CCTV

For the safety and security of our staff, clients and visitors, our premises are monitored by closed-circuit television (CCTV).

Why we use CCTV: to protect the safety of staff and clients, to deter and detect crime, and to help keep our studio a secure and private environment. Cameras are positioned in communal, reception and entry areas, not in private changing or shooting areas where you undress.

How long we keep it: CCTV footage is stored securely, with access limited to authorised staff, for 180 days. After 180 days it is automatically deleted, unless it is required for an ongoing legal investigation or dispute, in which case it is retained only for as long as that matter requires.

Your rights over footage: footage of you is your personal data. You may request access to it by making a subject access request. To do so, contact our nominated data protection representative, Guy Mayer, at [email protected] or the address above. We will respond within one month, and we may need proof of identity and enough detail (date, time, location) to locate any relevant footage.

Lawful basis: we process CCTV footage under legitimate interests — the protection of our premises, staff and clients — balanced against your privacy rights in a private studio environment.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address above.

Data retention

Enquiry and booking data is kept while your enquiry is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for our legitimate business records. You can request deletion at any time.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. This version is dated 10 October 2026.
